Lux Research (www.luxresearchinc.com) is seeking a creative, well-organized marketer with a strong passion and understanding of events management and lead generation/sales enablement activities.
The Marketing Specialist will work on a variety of projects, with exposure to marketing, technology, and business. This is a great opportunity to interact with both internal and external industry contacts and to learn about cutting-edge technologies. We are seeking a creative marketing individual to partner with our Global Marketing team in executing marketing strategies to drive new business opportunities. This position is based in our Singapore office.
Supporting Lead Generation programs, including refinement of lead database and general database building and maintenance
Co-leading efforts in SEO, Marketing Automation and Social Media to increase incoming leads
Generating new email campaigns, preparing and following up on these campaigns, to progressively engage leads
Partnering on the execution of the Lux Executive Summit conferences, including coordinating speakers, media and other partnerships, registration, planning printed conference materials, and overall conference logistics
Creation and/or updating of content and layout for Lux Research sales/marketing support materials including sales presentations, updates of corporate website and client member site, and sales brochures
Desired Skills & Experience:
3-5 years’ experience in a Corporate B-to-B marketing environment
Experience using media (social, multimedia) in marketing efforts
English fluency is required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially editing skills
The ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively
Must be effective at gathering and packaging information in an efficient way
Experience with marketing automation systems, SEO, Hubspot and CRM systems
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint -- HTML and graphic design/design experience extremely helpful
An eye for creativity (visual presentation; marketing materials, etc.)
Intellectual curiosity about emerging technology and its impact on business and society
A well-organized, detail-oriented approach to work
Strong understanding of marketing efforts on sales process and new business generation
A self-motivated dedication to excellence; commitment to doing things right
Must be authorized to work in Singapore without sponsorship
Must be able to travel up to 25% internationally
