Lux Research is seeking qualified Account Managers who are comfortable in a sales hybrid role, servicing current clients in Chemical & Material; Industrial; Automotive, Oil & Gas, Utilities; CPG/FMC and Electronics companies and focusing on growth targets through upsell and cross sell opportunities. Account Managers ensure service delivery to existing Lux Research clients and conduct both renewal and new business sales interactions with senior-level executives within specific institutional accounts. Account Managers conduct consistent and meaningful live interactions with all contacts and are evaluated against overall institutional contract value growth (hunting within your install base) and customer satisfaction/advocacy (client retention).
Traveling (20% to 30% of the time) is required. The working language at Lux Research is English, so bilingual fluency in Japanese/English is required.
