Talent Acquisition Specialist

In this role, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified talent for the organization.  Our ideal candidate will be proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (JazzHR), LinkedIn, have global recruiting experience, and the ability to devise sourcing strategies for potential applicants.




  • Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
  • Proactively source candidates through online channels such as LinkedIn and other professional networks.
  • Screen applicants and partner with management on the hiring process.
  • Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants.
  • Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft job descriptions and hiring criteria.
  • Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role and the needs of the organization.
  • Ownership for the applicant tracking process in JazzHR from job posting through hire.
  • Schedules interviews and oversees the interview process.
  • Guides managers through the interview/hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
  • Collaborates with the hiring manager and other human resources staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
  • Assess candidate’s information, including resumes/C. Vs, and conducting reference checks.
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
  • Organize and attends job fairs (virtual/in-person) and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
