Lux Research is seeking qualified Customer Success Manager candidates to manage and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction with existing Lux Research clients. Through a combination of client management and commercial skills you ensure high client retention levels, customer satisfaction and you become the voice of the client. The Customer Success Manager will conduct consistent and meaningful live interactions with all client contacts and you are evaluated against client retention and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a team environment, understands the value of goals and targets and is driven by building long-term client relationships.
