The healthcare industry today is more challenged than ever before with rising healthcare costs, an aging population, and an emerging middle class placing increased demands on the health system. Digital technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) and the internet of things (IoT) promise to alleviate some of these pressures and even threatens to disrupt the healthcare system whereby it will become more decentralized and patient-centric. Lux Research is seeking a Research Associate to support our research in this high-growth area.
Research Associates develop research and analyses that help Lux clients make better decisions about investments, partnerships, and technology strategy, and directly advise clients on topics related to their research. The Research Associate will spend much of their time speaking with startups and large companies that are developing cutting-edge technologies and solutions for healthcare such sensing technologies, digital health platforms, wearables, digital therapeutics, and point of care devices.
