Senior Marketing Campaign Associate

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, talented, and passionate marketer with proven experience in campaign development, campaign execution, and marketing automation to join our team! In this role, you will work to attract new leads, and nurture those leads into customers. The position reports to the Director of Marketing, working closely with colleagues across the organization. This role is based in the Boston headquarters.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, launch, manage, and measure integrated direct marketing campaigns (email, web, social media, direct mail, etc.), in partnership with other team members, to drive demand and results.
  • Own content marketing initiatives to achieve business targets and collaborate with Research teams to produce high quality content, including infographics, executive summaries, images, etc.
  • Continually measure and refine our messaging and processes to win new customers.
  • Generate new qualified leads by converting site traffic through calls-to-actions and landing pages, using automation techniques where applicable.
  • Become the expert on our target personas and effectively segment campaigns accordingly.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree in marketing or communications preferred.
  • 3- 5 years of marketing experience, technology experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated skills executing integrated direct marketing campaigns.
  • Expert using HubSpot to generate traffic and convert visitors into leads.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Creative individual who is an enthusiastic self-starter focused on delivering results.
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Must be metrics driven and a strong analytic thinker.
  • Strong team player who will positively contribute to the culture, energy, and growth of the company.
  • Experience using Salesforce, HTML/CSS and the Adobe Creative Suite, a plus.

Other Qualifying Information:

  • We are seeking candidates immediately available for full-time work.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship.
  • We are seeking candidates local to the Boston metro area. There is no relocation assistance available for this role.
